Hosting & security
Secure at launch, whichever route you choose.
All three routes support HTTPS, controlled access, form-spam protection and launch-time security checks. The practical difference is ownership: WordPress needs active hosting, plugin and update management; Framer manages the platform layer within its paid plan; Webstudio reduces hosting overhead through Filmbaker’s partner allowance, while specialized integrations may require custom work.

The schedule assumes consolidated feedback from one SmaBio Labs approver within 24 hours of each review request. Each day of delayed content, access or feedback may move the launch by one working day.
Working agreement
What keeps the project on track.
A clear approval path and ready-to-use content protect the delivery window.
SmaBio Labs will provide
- One authorized approver who consolidates all feedback.
- Final text and images for all 12 pages, including full-resolution facility and leadership photography.
- Access to the domain registrar, DNS, current website and relevant platform accounts.
- Timely decisions and feedback within the stated review windows.
Excluded unless added
- Hosting or platform charges beyond the Webstudio partner-plan allowance.
- Domain registration, premium plugins, paid integrations and third-party subscriptions.
- Chatbot subscriptions, message overages and paid add-ons.
- Copywriting, substantive rewriting, new photography, video production or paid stock assets.
- Migration of existing blog or event posts.
- Pages or functionality beyond the stated 12-page scope.
- Ongoing maintenance after handover.
Additional work requested after scope or design approval will be estimated and approved through a written change request before implementation.
